Wellness If you are experiencing anxiety or insomnia, fatigue, and/or menopause related symptoms that leave you in despair, I will help you overcome all these symptoms so you can optimise your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. When it comes to menopause specifically, I will help you navigate the many associated changes so you can start enjoying this new chapter of your life. Confidence I will help you explore your values and beliefs and identify what beliefs are holding you back, so you will be able to increase your confidence. Doing so will boost your self-esteem and empower you to achieve any goals you set for yourself.
Career Whether you have just finished university and want to get a clear understanding of the direction you wish your life/career to take, or you are unsatisfied and unmotivated with the career path you are currently on, I will support you in exploring your options so you can decide which direction to take and the steps required to pursue your career goals.
